Mix and match the functionality of Pioneer's DJM-S mixers with their PLX turntables and what you'd get is...the Pioneer DDJ-REV1: a 2-channel/4-deck DJ controller designed for use with Serato DJ Lite. A battle-style controller, the DDJ-REV1 features bigger platters and longer sliders for more accurate control, while larger jogwheels help to give you the feel of a classic double PLX scratch set-up. Also, so you can instantly change up your sound mid-gig, the performance pads have been placed in the mixer control section, along with a set of FX Levers.
Battle Controller for Serato DJ Lite
The fresh control lay-out of the DDJ-REV1 gives DJs the freedom to try different mixing techniques and take part in mix and scratch battles. Using the Tracking Scratch function, it's possible to automatically return to a cue point while engaging the jogwheel to scratch, meaning there's no need to use the crossfader or manually look up the starting point. The performance pads, meanwhile, can be tapped to load samples from the Serato Scratch Bank - a feature previously only available as part of Serato DJ Pro - and you even get the option to plug a microphone into the fitted jack port, the signal of which is then automatically mixed in with the master signal for eased live-streaming.

Goede controller met voor het budget prima kwaliteit knoppen. Jogwheels zijn relatief groot wat scratchen goed mogelijk maakt. Vooral chirps zijn beter uitvoerbaar. sound quality is prima voor het budget. De layout is intuïtief en leer je snel aan.
De werking met Serato is naadloos. werkt direct. Mic ingang werkt prima. de mogelijkheid om live te streamen incl. presentatie is een mooie bonus.
Een goede controller voor de beginnende Dj maar ook ervaren deejays beleven veel plezier aan deze controllers. Voor de vinyl deejays die regelmatig met cdj's draaien in clubs is dit een prima controller om de Pioneer feel van de joghweels in huis te hebben.
Veel controller voor een relatief laag budget waardoor het een must have is voor de pro en beginner.

Zeer goede controller voor beginnende dj's! De controller word ook ondersteund door de Serato software die ook zeer goed is en heel gemakkelijk valt te leren. Verder is dit een prima prijs voor wat je krijgt. De knoppen zijn van ietsje minder kwaliteit (niet per se slecht, maar ook niet supertop). De headset ingang is ook heel handig, want ik moest geen extra koptelefoon bestellen aangezien mijn gaming headset hier prima in past. Zeker een aanrader!
